Flip-Offs and Handshakes is a visual remix of that video of Dubya's "One Fingered Victory Salute", when he flipped the bird at the TV camera, pictured below. My video is made up of video components of 9/11, Saddam & Rumsfeld shaking hands, Gulf War #1 footage, etc... you can see Dubya's image in there better if you stand about 6 feet from your monitor.
